Not slip resistantI wore these for a couple months and they never did give good traction at work. I'm not sure what it is at my manufacturing plant that caused issues for me, but I had to be very careful how I walked with these on. Otherwise they looked pretty cute and were comfortable to wear, so I was disappointed they didn't work for me.
